  Updated Deep Picker to address hanging issues during FID processing when inputs are incorrect.

  Reduced 1D automatic phase correction workload, with a small chance of minor performance impact.

  Added a banner at the top of the page to display important messages.

• August 2025: COLMAR Version 2.0.0

  Deep Picker version 1.3.4 is used for peak picking, fitting, and database queries.

  PPM version 1.0.0 is used for chemical shift prediction.

  Protein Properties Predictor version 1.0.0 is used for predicting protein order parameters and B-factors.

  ToeLoop version 1.0.0 is used for loop dynamics prediction.

  The COLMAR database was last updated in August 2025.
